Souvik Tewari received ‘Young Researcher Award-2021’ for his distinguished work in the field of Food Science & Technology

The Young Researcher Award-21 was given to Souvik Tewari for his distinguished work in the field of Food Science and Technology. Souvik Tewari is Assistant Professor in the Department of Food and Nutrition, Swami Vivekananda University, Barrackpore, Kolkata. The award ceremony were organized by the International Benevolent Research Foundation, Hiralal Majumdar Memorial College for Women and the Confederations of Indian Universities in Kolkata on tuesday. Many renowned scientists were present on this virtual award ceremony.

Earlier, Souvik Tewari was honored with the ‘Young Research Scholar Award-2019’ in a ceremony, that was held in Jaipur. He is currently conducting research on probiotic microorganisms. He has published more than 20 research papers. Attended more than 15 International and National conferences
